Interdisciplinary Workshop on Complex Systems in Manchester 31st October

Quantitative modelling is increasingly used to explain collective
behaviours in various areas of science. This has led to the field of
“complex systems” which, for the methods involved and the problems
addressed, is intrinsically inter-disciplinary. This meeting is aimed
to PhD students and Post-doctoral researchers from all sciences who
share an interest in interdisciplinary work. The meeting consists in a
series of short-talks (30m) and a poster session. You may find a
